Charlie Peters, Managing Partner
For the past 24 years, Charlie Peters has been an owner and operator of multifamily properties and office space. Charlie has bought and sold single family homes, smaller multifamily properties, larger multifamily apartment complexes, and office properties across 10 different states, with a primary focus on adding value to troubled multifamily assets in the Eastern United States.
He purchased his first apartment complex in Tallahassee, FL in 2002. In the past 18 years, either individually or with partners, Charlie has been involved in purchasing, repositioning, and re-selling 14 apartment complexes and office buildings in addition to the 11 communities that he currently oversees.
